In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the first Harry Potter film, HBO Max is hosting a five-night event.
Per THR, WarnerMedia has officially "greenlit an unscripted quiz show" to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. The special will air over the course of five nights on HBO Max, TBS, and Cartoon Network sometime later this year.
Casting is currently underway and fans can sign up to be considered on WizardingWorld.com if they think they have what it takes. They'll have to channel their inner Hermione Granger to answer trivia questions in the four-episode series. Fans who don't get to compete in person will get to play along in an online component that will also be a part of the game show experience. Fans will also be treated to special guests though WarnerMedia hasn't mentioned who yet. There's a safe bet it'll be actors and others involved with the movie.
